Anything But Lazy At-Home Workout

Some mornings I jump out of bed, throw my gym clothes on, and actually make it to my favorite gym class. Other days I whip up my bulletproof matcha latte, lay back in bed, and finish binge-watching the show from the night before. One thing is for sure though, and that is if I don’t make it to the gym before I go to work then I’m most likely not making it to the gym at all that day. Sound familiar?

But what if you didn’t have to drive all the way to the gym and you could get an equally as good work out at home? Yep, you heard me. At-home workout. Super underrated and the missing puzzle piece to make your lazy morning regimen anything but lazy. Jared Britto, CEO of 1Fitness Incorporated, helped make my mornings more productive by creating a beginners at-home workout for me to follow. 1Fitness Incorporated offers personal training sessions, boxing, spinning, and stretching classes along with one of the best bootcamps in South Florida so you know its legit.
